Connecting

The connector won't add. Check the URL is exactly https://orus.getfarao.com/mcp and that your client supports remote MCP servers over HTTP.

Connected, but no tools show up. Start a new conversation. Most clients load tools only when a chat starts. In Claude, also check the connector is turned on for the current chat.

The QR code does nothing. Scan it with your phone camera, not from inside another app, and make sure the Farao app is installed and up to date. The approval page is valid for 10 minutes. After that, start the connection again from your client.

The approval never reaches the app. Open the Farao app and look under Settings → Connected apps. Pending requests show at the top.

Trading

The agent prepared a trade but nothing happened. The connection is in manual mode. Select Approve on the trade card. If your client shows no card, see the next item.

There is no Approve button. Your client does not show Orus trade cards. Approve from a client that does, such as Claude or ChatGPT, or switch the connection to autonomous with limits in the Farao app.

"Below the minimum" on a small trade. The minimum of about $10 applies to notional, not margin. $1 of margin at 15x is $15 of notional and is valid. See Size, margin and leverage.

The symbol is rejected. Stocks, commodities, indices and FX need their prefix: xyz:NVDA, not NVDA. See Symbols.

An autonomous order was rejected. It hit one of your limits. Ask the agent for your trading policy, or open the connection in the Farao app to see and change the limits.

Reads work but orders fail with agent_expired. The trading session ran out. Approve the connection again from the Farao app.

Questions

What does Orus cost? Nothing. There is no subscription and no markup. Standard Farao trading fees apply to the orders placed, the same as in the app.

Which markets can it trade? The same ones as the Farao app: crypto perps, stocks, commodities, indices, FX and pre-IPO names.

Is there a testnet? No. Every trade is real and uses your own funds on Hyperliquid mainnet. To try Orus without risk, connect in manual mode and decline the trade cards.

Can Orus move my money? No. It cannot withdraw or transfer funds, and it holds no keys.

Can I connect more than one client? Yes. Each connection has its own permissions, mode, limits and history, and you revoke each one on its own.
